Mr. Cuandot:

I received your letter on July 24. We appreciate your information about our product and we are sorry for the inconvenience. The two units of multitesters were already prepared for your replacement.

We found out that the capacitor used in the multitesters have lesser capacity to store energy. We measured the amount of energy stored in the capacitor at the output and we have different value compared to the label. We only measured 3000mF but the label is 10,000mF. In that result, we found out that it is an open capacitor that’s why it doesn’t operate. In that trouble, we surely measured all the electronics components used in our product so that we can be able to enhance our system and easily fixed the possible trouble may come.
